A number of issues of public importance are brought to the notice of Hon'ble Chief Minister through various channels i.e public representations received during Janata Darbar,suggestions,feedback received in review meetings,letters received from Govt. of India and public representatives, etc.Such issues of public importance need to be attended to on priority by the respective departments. Effective monitoring is essential to complete the tasks in time to increase transparency , enhance accountability and capacity of the Government.
With a vision to enable the Governance to ensure an effective monitoring of various development activities initiated/ taken by various department/organizations ,Directorate of Information Technology, Govt. of Tripura has came forward and designed , developed & delivered a Software Application namely TMS(Task Monitoring System).
Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Biplab Kumar Deb inaugurated Task Monitoring System (TMS) on 27th August,2018.
